APSHE Chairman’s New Proposals for the benefit of poor students

With the implementation of RUSA Act, Prof. L. Venugopal Reddy, Chairman for APSHE has made proposals to establish govt. engineering colleges in entire AP wherever there is no college in order to curtail the dominance of private engineering colleges. Proposals worth Rs.2007 crores were made to bring out 15 vocational colleges, 11 model degree colleges and 7 Universities from the next academic year for the benefit of poor students.
