Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar appointed as Telangana parliamentary secretary. He thanked Telangana Cheif Minister K.Chandrashekar Rao for giving the opportunity. Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar said that he will work honestly to make Telangana has a Golden Telangana.
