Gold Prices Set To Drop on US Dollar Pressure

Gold prices are set to drop further next week, pulled down by a stronger US dollar, which has been buoyed by a strengthening US job market. Gold prices plunged by Rs. 520, their biggest fall this year, to trade at an over three-month low of Rs. 26,540 per 10 grams at the bullion market. Silver also fell sharply by Rs. 500 to Rs. 36,300 per kg.
